a large quantity of genuine "Long Clawson Stilton" was for sale on Thoresby market the other week so I am reliably informed. |

I bought some LC Stilton last week from a farm shop in Lambley Nottingham and Colston Basset Stilton aswell!! |

My Uncle John Musson used to deliever the Whey to the factory in LC years ago!! Is there a shop where you can buy cheese at the factory? Cos when I drove passed I couldn't see one. |

Yes, you can buy some from the reception area at the dairy. |

Yum Yum I'm eating LC Stilton on crackers at the moment! I let it get to room tempreture for an hour it tastes better. How long has the Cheese factory been in LC ? |
