Topic Website Information
This website has a discussion forum facility. It is possible to have conversations, or perhaps arrange to buy and sell things with other users of the website.
Some discussion forums require you to login. In order to do so you will need to register (using an option in the title bar) to create an account.
IMPORTANT
Under the terms of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act in the USA, you must be over 13 years of age to complete any details on the forum or in our chat room. There is no similar legislation in the UK as we know it but we at the Long Clawson Village Website would like to extend this further and say that the minimum age limit for entering our forum or chat room is 16 years. It is not physically possible for us to police this 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so we would ask that any child who decides to ignore our rule and enter our chat and forum, will you please follow these simple rules:
C - Careful, people online may not be who they say they are
H - Hang on to your personal information, never give out your email or home address, phone number or where you go to school
A - Arranging to meet is dangerous!! Never meet someone offline unless you are sure who they are and then only in a public place with a parent or carer
T - Tell your friends or an adult if you come across something that makes you feel uncomfortable
Unlike the rest of the website, anyone may post comments to the forums. Although Administrators regularly check the content and take action when necessary, some material may be inappropriate.
